The Puerto Rico Energy Forum (PREF) is a collaborative initiative committed to advancing Puerto Rico’s energy transformation through open dialogue, critical analysis, and cross-sector engagement.

The Forum is a community of on and off-island energy experts dedicated to elevating the conversation around the energy challenges in Puerto Rico through honest problem solving, highlighting success stories, and connecting partners.

PREF is presented by Fundación Borincana, a nonprofit that targets energy-driven economic development.
